One bed was too soft and we told the hotel reception about it. In the evening my wife got a better firmer mattress! All wishes would be fulfilled and all staff was very nice and helpful. Food in the restaurant and for breakfast was very good and the conditions effective. The parking garage next door was also totally practical and easy to use when arriving and departing. It was included in the room rate.

Parking garage with costs directly next door, large and clean room.
Breakfast relatively simple, room service order was cumbersome and only worked after 4 telephone calls.

Amazing place with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. I remember how the staff helped me return documents I left behind. I had an enjoyable experience in the bar/lounge area. I'm excited to return for Christmas.

Stayed at a spotless and airy room with the heater, extra shampoo & shower gel plus cushions in the bedrooms. My breakfast was marvellous with great gluten free options. The staff were all exceptional, which was unquestionably a plus.

Good breakfast. Plenty of choice + option hot breakfast directly from the kitchen. Well-equipped, clean, comfortable rooms. Many bars and restaurants.
We had to pay parking fees. The city doesn't have much to offer. It's an Irish provincial town.

The large pool, the discount in the underground garage.
The view from the window to the roofing felt of the canopy and to the railway track. The noise level of passing trains.

A Perfect Getaway for Family and Friends!
We had a good one-night escape and enjoyed the fabulous carvery roast dinner in the bar. The staff created a warm atmosphere, and our meal was excellent. Don't miss the breakfast either. The hot options were cooked to perfection! A must-visit for a relaxing night away.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed during the Easter break, easter eggs for the children a lovely touch. Also Easter colouring competition a good idea. The hotel is close to shops, bars and restaurants. Enjoyed ourselves so much, we extended our stay by another night. We will stay here again.
We had booked on room only basis but went for breakfast one morning, it was a bit expensive.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast very nice. Italian in the hotel and hotel in general dealt very well for coeliacs with gluten free bread and pasts in the italian and gluten free bread at breakfast.
Only one of the restaurants were open for dinner which was a little restrictive versus what was advertised

The kids really enjoyed the complimentary use of the leisure center. The spacious family room was perfect for our group, and we appreciated the generous breakfast options each morning.
My wife says that the only downside was the parking situation. It would be great if they could provide more family-friendly parking options nearby.
